How Gentle Monster Performed
Gentle Monster's Blurbs
About me:
Lucy Weiss (Léa Seydoux) is a successful pianist who gives up her career and moves to the countryside to support her husband after he burns out. Then she has to face the crimes he's been hiding. Marie Kreutzer wrote and directed it, Catherine Deneuve has a supporting role, and it competed for the Palme d'Or at Cannes. Critics singled out Seydoux. Heavy subject, handled with care.
Who I'd like to meet:
Anyone who likes a drama that trusts the audience to sit with something hard.
